At Discovery Plastics, our 60,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility is equipped with 31 injection molding machines ranging from 33 to 1,125 tons, with shot sizes from 4.4 to 235 ounces. This range of capability allows us to produce everything from small, precise components to large, heavy-duty products, all under one roof.
We specialize in molding polyolefin resins, particularly polyethylene and polypropylene, with melt flows from low to high. With rail car access and on-site silo storage for up to 1,000,000 lbs. of resin, we’re positioned to keep your projects running smoothly and without interruption.
Smart Inventory Management
Our 214,000 sq. ft. warehouse and 22 dock doors give us the capacity to store, manage, and move your finished goods with ease. Beyond basic storage, we also offer secure warehousing, 3PL fulfillment, and convenient interstate access to simplify distribution.
To keep everything on track, our in-house production schedule and inventory system integrate manufacturing requirements with real-time stock levels by location. This ensures accurate order tracking and dependable delivery, so you can focus on your business while we handle the logistics.
